Java Lead

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Utilize Git for version control and participate actively in code reviews.
• Develop and optimize database interactions using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Git, code reviews, and agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in working with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team mentorship and guidance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with the initiative to lead when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of a passport for international travel, or a valid US business visa.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
• Experience with caching mechanisms and event-driven architectures.
