Java Fullstack

About the Role

We are looking for a Java Fullstack (React) Engineer to build modern, scalable web products where clean backend design meets delightful user experiences. In this role, you will work across the full stack: crafting resilient microservices with Java and Spring Boot while delivering responsive interfaces with React.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot services using microservices architecture patterns.
• Build and enhance React-based UI components with reusable, maintainable frontend patterns.
• Define and implement RESTful APIs ensuring robust validation, error handling, and versioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing practices for both frontend and backend.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, improve coding standards, and mentor peers through constructive feedback.
• Optimize application performance and reliability through profiling, tuning, and thoughtful design.

Technical Requirements

You must have a BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MS/CBA degree with 2-3 years of hands-on development experience. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building backend services is required, along with solid experience implementing microservices including service boundaries and inter-service communication.

• Strong working knowledge of ReactJS for building responsive, component-driven UIs.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.

Preferred Skills

• Fundamental Full Stack Java development expertise.
• Reactive Programming using React JS.
• Affinity for AI/ML Solution Architecture, including Generative AI concepts.
