We are seeking an experienced Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst to join our Technology team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This hybrid role involves participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, contributing to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop server-side and web applications.
• Create common, reusable components and services.
• Develop high-throughput applications.
• Collaborate with the core team to manage and support applications.
• Research, learn, and recommend emerging technologies.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate business and system processes, and apply industry standards.
• Develop security measures and conduct post-implementation analysis.
• Consult with users and other technology groups, recommend advanced programming solutions, and assist with customer exposure systems.
• Mentor new or junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture.
• 8-10 years of experience as a Full Stack developer with J2EE and React/Web experience in client-facing solutions.
• Experience with AI related technologies using RAG/MCP and programmatically interfacing with LLMs is a plus.
• Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex designs.
• Experience working with and leading global teams to adopt best practices on critical initiatives.

Skills

• Extensive Core Java / J2EE development expertise and proficiency with Spring Framework and Caching frameworks.
• Extensive hands-on experience building web platforms with React/Web.
• Experience building and managing REST APIs.
• Prior experience with building distributed, multi-tier, highly performant and scalable applications is highly desirable.
• Experience building RAG based solutions and MCPs is a plus.

Education
