Java FullStack Developer

Welocalize seeks a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our development team in Noida, India. As a key member of our team, you will own the delivery of complex system components from initial design through to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable platforms, enhance engineering productivity, and uphold the highest standards of quality, security, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong Object-Oriented Programming skills, with a preference for Java.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, actively participating in peer code reviews to ensure quality.
• Take ownership of the full lifecycle for complex system components or applications, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify opportunities, develop scalable platforms, and boost engineering efficiency.
• Optimize database queries and design effective data storage solutions.
• Demonstrate strong database modeling and design skills for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Employ excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities to swiftly resolve issues.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
• Design and develop robust APIs, with a focus on RESTful principles.
• Create secure solutions adhering to accessibility and security-first principles, with knowledge of OWASP practices being a benefit.
• Stay current with IT trends and apply best practices and standards to all work.
• Apply a strong understanding of common architectural and design patterns.
• Emphasize quality deliverables through peer reviews and the implementation of automated testing for unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
• Foster a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, consistently questioning and refining processes.
