Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements, develop user stories, and lead application development initiatives.
• Leverage Azure Cloud, microservices, APIs, containers, and CI/CD pipelines for robust solution delivery.
• Execute frontend (React) and backend (Java) development with a focus on secure coding practices and performance optimization.
• Conduct code/design reviews to ensure quality standards are met across all hierarchy levels.

Mandatory Skills:

• Java: Core expertise required for backend architecture.
• React: Proficiency in building scalable frontend applications.
• Azure Cloud: Deep understanding of cloud services and infrastructure.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma with extensive education background (15+ years total).
• 2–11 years of proven software development experience across multiple hierarchy levels.
• Familiarity with Node.js / TypeScript / Groovy.
• Experience in DevSecOps, IaC, automated testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is highly valued.
• Knowledge of databases like MongoDB and cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Preferred: Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-driven development tools for enhanced productivity.
