About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java backend development (60%) and modern frontend frameworks like Angular, Node JS, and TypeScript (40%). This position demands strong technical leadership, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on capabilities to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java 17+
- Build RESTful services with Spring Boot 3.x / Spring Framework 6.x
- Implement asynchronous messaging via JMS (ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ)
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for efficient development and refactoring
Tech Stack - Backend (Must Have)
- Spring Boot 3.x & Spring Framework 6.x expertise
- JMS-based messaging implementation
- Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices design
- Maven for build management and dependency handling
Tech Stack - Frontend (Must Have)
- Modern SPA frameworks: Angular, Node JS
- TypeScript with ES6/ES7 JavaScript proficiency
- CSS3 & HTML5 for responsive UI design
Nice to Haves
- Kafka or RabbitMQ experience
- Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT knowledge
- CI/CD pipeline expertise
