Java Full stack Lead

Role: Java Full Stack Lead (.Net + Azure + React JS)

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with over 7 years of experience to lead enterprise application development and cloud modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React JS.
• Lead Azure cloud migration projects, including on-premise to Azure transitions and legacy system modernization.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems.
• Participate in application re-architecture initiatives driven by business needs.
• Leverage cloud-native Azure services (App Services, AKS, Functions) for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and Product teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security within Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Technical Skills:

Backend: Expertise in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Spring MVC; Microservices architecture; Hibernate/JPA; REST API design; Security (OAuth2, JWT).

Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React JS; JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3; State management (Redux/Context); UI frameworks (Material UI/Bootstrap).

Cloud & Azure Migration: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and SQL/Cosmos DB. Proficiency in migration strategies like Re-hosting and Refactoring.

Databases: Strong RDBMS skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL exposure (Cosmos DB, MongoDB).

Mandatory Requirement

Fullstack Java Enterprise experience with 5-8 years of professional background is essential.
