JAVA FULL STACK INSTRUCTOR

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Instructor to join our team at Aspire Next Academy in Hyderabad. This role combines the excitement of conducting live demo classes with the responsibility of delivering high-quality technical training for enrolled students.

You will be responsible for making complex programming concepts accessible, guiding students through practical coding exercises and projects, and ensuring a seamless enrollment journey from initial interest to successful batch joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demo Classes & Student Engagement: Conduct compelling Java Full Stack demo sessions for walk-in visitors. Use live coding demonstrations to showcase curriculum value. Answer technical queries confidently and accurately without making unsubstantiated placement claims. Collaborate with admissions counselors to facilitate smooth conversion from inquiry to enrollment.


• Daily Classroom Training: Lead structured training sessions covering the full Java development lifecycle, from core OOP principles to advanced frameworks like Spring Boot. Facilitate hands-on workshops on frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and backend systems. Assign practical tasks that reinforce learning outcomes.


• Curriculum & Technology Coverage: Deliver instruction in Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, SQL databases, REST APIs, Git/GitHub workflows, debugging techniques, and basic AI integration concepts as per the syllabus.


• Student Development & Mentorship: Monitor individual progress to ensure consistent improvement. Provide targeted support for students struggling with specific topics while encouraging active participation in class discussions.

Schedule Details:

During the initial phase prior to batch commencement, working hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM focusing on demos and preparation. Once batches begin, full-time training duties will follow a schedule of 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
