As a Java Full Stack Developer with React.js expertise, you will leverage your knowledge of application development procedures and concepts, alongside a basic understanding of other technical areas, to identify and define necessary system enhancements. This involves utilizing script tools and analyzing/interpreting code. You will consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, recommending programming solutions, and supporting customer exposure systems. Apply your fundamental programming language knowledge to design specifications. Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, conducting testing and debugging. Serve as an advisor or coach to new or junior analysts. Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgments to recommend and implement solutions. Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, guided by precedents. You will operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry and intermediate-level experience in an Applications Development role. Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
