Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

This is a senior-level position focused on establishing and implementing new or revised application systems. The role involves leading applications system analysis, programming activities, and ensuring adherence to architectural blueprints within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management teams for functional integration and product deployment.
• Solve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes in finance (including ETD clearing workflows).
• Develop resilient, scalable cloud-native services.
• Serve as a coach to mid-level developers.

Required Qualifications:

• +10 years of experience in application development and leadership within financial services.
• Expertise in Full Stack Java + Oracle, CI/CD processes (Scrum/JIRA), and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of ETD clearing workflows, trade lifecycle management, and post-trade processing systems.
• Demonstrated skills in cloud-native architecture, AI tool integration for development efficiency, stakeholder management, and ethical risk assessment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
