Java Full Stack Developer

Job Position: Java Full-stack Developer with AI/ML
Location: Hyderabad.

Role and responsibility
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Understand code and system design deeply across Java, Python, and JavaScript.
• Review code, understand large-scale system architecture, and perform substantial code reviews and PR reviews regularly.
• Expertise in AI SDLC frameworks such as BMAD, GSD, SpecKit, etc.
• Design and deliver end-to-end web applications, covering UI, APIs, databases, and AI integrations.
• Build scalable, production-grade RESTful APIs using Python.
• Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using Angular 16 or equivalent modern frameworks.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities using OpenAI, Azure AI, Claude/Anthropic, and AWS AI APIs.
• Use Claude AI to accelerate SDLC activities, including code generation, code reviews, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, QEs, and BAs within Agile squads to deliver sprint commitments.
• Write clean, secure, testable code aligned with architectural standards and coding guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support cross-platform optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements.
• Integrate asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Technical Skills
• Full Stack Development experience: o 5 years for Proficient level. o 6–8 years for Specialist level.
• AI SDLC frameworks such as BMAD, GSD, and SpecKit.
• Backend development using Java, Python, and JavaScript, including clean API design, versioning, authentication, error handling, and observability.
• Frontend development using Angular 16 or equivalent modern frameworks.
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL, schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
• RESTful API design patterns; experience with WebSockets or real-time communication preferred.
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, deployment, scaling, and container orchestration.
• Messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar asynchronous processing technologies.
• Proficiency in using Claude AI, including Anthropic Claude Sonnet and Haiku, for day-to-day engineering tasks.
• Prompt engineering skills to craft, iterate, and optimize prompts for code generation, explanation, review, and test creation.
• AI integration experience using LLM APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and AWS Bedrock.
• Understanding of LLM concepts, including context windows, token limits, embeddings, RAG basics, latency, and cost trade-offs.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent to measurably reduce development cycle time.
• Collaborative development with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize AI components.
