Role Overview

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with 6-10 years of experience in Bangalore to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure enterprise applications using Java and related technologies.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and integrations with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Implement coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure maintainable and high-quality code.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.
• Manage source code repositories and CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
• Deploy and support applications across Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, DevOps teams, and external partners.
• Contribute to system performance tuning, security compliance, and application modernization initiatives.

What you will need:

• 7–12 Years of experience as Java Full stack Developer
• Extensive experience in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Oracle Database and PostgreSQL, SQL and JPA/Hibernate, Design Patterns, Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD Pipelines, Linux/Unix
• Deployment experience across Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments
• Application Troubleshooting and Production Support
• Strong OOPS concept with UI knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java-based enterprise application development.
• Experience building and supporting cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
• Proven experience in deployment, release management, and production support across multiple environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Added bonus if you have:

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
• Experience in Digital Banking, Payments, Core Banking integrations, or Financial Platforms is an added advantage.
• Exposure to regulatory and security compliance requirements in banking environments is desirable.
