About the Role:

FIS is seeking talented software engineers for our DigitalOne Solutions in Bengaluru. As a Full Stack Developer with 5-10 years of experience (though title suggests 3-5), you will plan, design, and develop scalable web applications using modern technologies. You will own specific development areas, handle complex technical issues requiring deep analysis, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative financial solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Plan, design, develop, and test software systems for enhancements and new products in the BFSI sector.
• Serve as an internal specialist on complex technical matters, championing projects with demonstrated leadership.
• Take technical ownership of 1-2 development areas while contributing to others.
• Understand FIS product landscapes alongside customer needs and market trends.
• Analyze situations or data requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors for highly scalable applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Total Experience: Minimum 5-10 years (Job Title indicates 3-5, Description requires seniority).
• Frontend: Angular 8+, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Bootstrap.
• Backend: Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, REST APIs, Hibernate.
• Architecture: SOAP/RESTful Microservices architecture experience.
• Mindset: Strong OOP concepts, Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency, ability to switch between tasks efficiently.

Desired Skills (Nice-to-haves):

• React.js and NodeJS knowledge.
• Solid SQL skills for database management.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services industry domain.
• Knowledge of FIS specific products/services is a plus.
