We are seeking a seasoned technical leader with a software engineering background to join our team as a Technology Management Senior Analyst (Corporate Title: AVP) in Pune, India. This role is crucial for improving functional performance and delivering on Divisional business goals. You will actively participate in solution design, investigate re-use opportunities, ensure solutions are fit for purpose and maintainable, and oversee successful integration and deployment into the overall environment. A hands-on approach is highly valued in our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead feature teams, collaborating to understand requirements, refine stories, design, implement, test, and support solutions in production.
• Utilize Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) techniques in close collaboration with users, analysts, developers, and testers to ensure the right solutions are being built.
• Engage in rapid prototype development.
• Write high-quality code, embracing Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code principles, and continuous refactoring to ensure solutions are built correctly.
• Work across a diverse range of technologies and components, including user interfaces, services, and databases, acting as a generalizing specialist.
• Define and evolve the architecture of your components and contribute to architectural decisions at departmental and bank-wide levels.
• Ensure software is reliable and easy to support in production, including participation in on-call rotations for 3rd line support.
• Facilitate the team's ability to build, test, and release software efficiently within short lead times and minimal waste, promoting a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline.
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin with a strong understanding of both object-oriented and functional programming concepts.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, with experience developing UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, D3, and Node.js.
• Practical experience in building data engineering solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Maven.
• Strong experience with build automation systems such as TeamCity/Jenkins or UDeploy.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GIT.
• Experience in setting up key stores and generating SSL Certificates.
• Proven experience working within agile teams practicing Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
• Experience with Automated Testing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with architectural and design approaches supporting rapid, incremental, and iterative delivery, such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event Sourcing, and microservices.
• Expertise in high-performance SQL data access, including writing SQL scripts.
• Database experience with Oracle 10G or higher, particularly for Liquibase database automation.
• Experience in CI/CD implementations.
