Java Development Engineer

Wissda Consulting Private Limited is seeking a skilled Java Development Engineer for our Bengaluru/Bangalore location. This role requires hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot, with a strong emphasis on microservices architecture, database technologies, caching solutions, and messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Design, document, and deploy microservices solutions on cloud platforms.
• Build and test self-contained RESTful services leveraging Spring Boot.
• Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching mechanisms (Redis, Hazelcast).
• Integrate messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ for robust application development.
• Apply expertise in Collections, Threads, and Exception Handling.
• Implement established Design Patterns and adhere to Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) principles.
• Utilize development and testing tools including Log4j, JDBC, and Junit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot development.
• Solid understanding of Collections, Threads, and Exception Handling.
• Expertise in Microservices architectures and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with caching technologies: Redis or Hazelcast.
• Familiarity with messaging systems: Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, REST, SOAP, and Junit.
• A minimum of 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
