Java Developer with AI/ML

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer (Java Fullstack) with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to build scalable, intelligent enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-performance Java microservices using Spring Boot and J2EE.
• Deploy production AI/ML models utilizing TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or XGBoost.
• Lead GenAI initiatives including LLMs, RAG architectures, agents, and vector database integration.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and version control.
• Mentor engineering teams to ensure code quality and architectural best practices.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of software engineering experience with deep Java expertise (Spring Boot, REST APIs).
• 4+ years specifically in building and deploying production AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka for streaming, and tools like MLflow/Kubeflow.
