Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain services using Java, Spring Boot, and WebFlux.
• Build reactive, event-driven microservices utilizing Project Reactor and Kafka.
• Create real-time media features with WebRTC, TURN, recording capabilities, and ffmpeg.
• Develop Angular frontends powered by TypeScript and RxJS.
• Integrate and troubleshoot third-party lending APIs in production environments.
• Manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault while adhering to secure coding practices.
• Monitor systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch; debug issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Review code, write documentation, and transition POCs into production features.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Skills: Reactive Engineering; Microservices and APIs; Real-time Media Performance and Reliability; Security; Agile Ways of Working. Proficiency in Java Developer CTO Office standards including Non-blocking I/O, Project Reactor, backpressure handling, event-driven design, RESTful/SOAP/JSON protocols, Kafka messaging, third-party integration, WebRTC, media streaming with FFmpeg performance tuning, observability, real-time debugging, RCA, secrets management with Vault, authentication, secure coding principles, Agile Scrum methodologies, code reviews, documentation skills, and prototype-to-production workflows.
