Java Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Java Developer. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust Java-based applications ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate effectively within diverse teams to deliver software solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly in your daily workflow, applying critical human judgment to validate outputs before client deployment.
• Progressively expand your scope from feature delivery to leading projects and mentoring others under the guidance of senior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Stack: Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot), SQL/JPA, REST API integration, Git, and JSON proficiency.
• Development Practices: Strong experience with Test-Driven Development using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Boot testing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written/oral communication abilities to explain technical concepts; strong teamwork and independent work ethic; detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
• Mindset: Genuine curiosity about AI, eagerness for responsible application in dev workflows, ambition to grow into technical leadership, and willingness to learn the legal services domain.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based in Ocean City, NJ. Candidates must be prepared to work two (2) days per week from our office location.
