About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer (Contractor) for remote work in Namer. As an expert backend developer, you will apply your technical depth to train next-generation AI systems that shape how models learn and reason.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect robust microservices solutions for complex application requirements.
• Collaborate with customer teams to review technical specifications and deliver high-quality code.
• Contribute expert insights to improve performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in rigorous code reviews and provide constructive peer feedback.
• Document technical processes clearly for team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and optimize backend systems efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Java programming language.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Strong command of microservices architecture principles.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code.
