Java Developer

About the Role:

Join AlgoSec's global team in Gurgaon, India, as an experienced Software Developer. You will work on a dynamic R&D team to create new architectures and design complicated systems for our unified security model.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of various networking security products (firewalls, routers) into AlgoSec's unified topology model using vendor APIs and technologies.
• Own end-to-end processes while resolving complex issues and crafting innovative solutions for our Devices team at the lowest layer level.

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of experience in server-side software development within Linux/UNIX/Docker environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Framework, and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.

AI & Innovation Focus:

• Demonstrated expertise in Prompt Engineering for test scenario creation and workflow optimization.
• Proven ability to use AI chatbot tools (ChatGPT), coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor), develop AI Agents, configure MCPs, and transform traditional SDLC into agentic systems.

Differentiators:

• Experience with Pearl, networking protocols, firewalls, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and developing MCPs will be highly valued.
