Job Summary:

As a Java Developer at Wissen Technology, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise-scale applications. This role requires a strong command of Core Java, algorithms, data structures, multithreading, and SQL to build sophisticated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications utilizing Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Analyze, design, develop, and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Adhere to architectural standards and enterprise design patterns.
• Optimize application performance and scalability for enhanced user experience.
• Participate actively in code reviews and provide valuable technical guidance to peers.

Requirements:

• Proven strong experience in Core Java and Spring Boot development.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying enterprise-scale applications and systems.
• Solid architectural knowledge and a keen awareness of enterprise application design patterns.
• Proficiency in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and SQL querying.
• Strong understanding of multi-threading concepts and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sharp coding skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills to foster effective collaboration.

Good To Have Skills:

• Exposure to microservices architecture and development.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
