Java Developer - Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Develop and program software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Contribute to a robust development process, including Git version control and code reviews.
• Design and implement database solutions using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering/computing field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of developers.
• Strong proficiency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Git and code review processes.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative team player attitude with a willingness to take initiative.

Desirable Skills:

• A valid passport for potential international travel. A US business visa is a plus.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms and event-driven architectures.
