Java Developer

Role: Java Developer specializing in AI & Enterprise Solutions

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a critical opportunity at Genesis10 to modernize maintenance modules for a confidential global financial institution. You will define target-state architectures and develop scalable enterprise backend services deeply integrated with advanced AI systems.

• Design and build robust microservices using Java (Spring Boot / Quarkus) that seamlessly integrate with LLM APIs, vector databases, and AI model endpoints.
• Develop high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, semantic search modules, and context-aware AI agents tailored for enterprise use cases.
• Implement secure data ingestion workflows, including text chunking, embedding generation, and synchronization processes.
• Monitor, benchmark, and evaluate non-deterministic AI outputs to ensure token efficiency and prompt accuracy.
• Create well-documented RESTful APIs and event-driven data flows using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments across major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of professional backend development experience with Java (JDK 17+), Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and microservices architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Java-specific AI ecosystems such as Spring AI or LangChain4j.
• Solid understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and context window optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial systems, client onboarding platforms, or enterprise master/reference data solutions.
• Experience with Agile product delivery, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
