We are seeking a skilled Java Customer Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing expert technical assistance to our valued customers using our advanced Java-based software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical support for Java software products, focusing on efficient troubleshooting and swift issue resolution.
  • Engage with customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to thoroughly understand and address their technical inquiries and concerns.
  • Foster close collaboration with our development teams to effectively escalate and prioritize customer-reported issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of Java, Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, and other related technologies to accurately diagnose and resolve complex customer problems.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, detailed troubleshooting steps, and implemented solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of comprehensive knowledge base articles, frequently asked questions (FAQs), and essential support documentation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to refine customer support processes and procedures, aiming to elevate overall customer satisfaction and experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess 2-3 years of professional experience as a Software Support Engineer or in a comparable role, with a strong preference for experience within Java-centric environments.
  • Demonstrate robust proficiency in Java programming and popular related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Exhibit practical experience with message brokers like Kafka, particularly in the context of event-driven architectures.
  • Showcase exceptional problem-solving capabilities and advanced debugging skills.
  • Communicate technical information effectively and articulately to a diverse audience, including both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, with an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding support services.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred.
