Java Backend Developer

Position: Senior Java Backend Developer

Experience Required: 5 - 6 Years

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Core/Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and business teams for successful project delivery in Financial Services, Taxation Platforms, or HR & Compliance Systems.
• Optimize database queries and application performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments on Kubernetes/Azure.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.

Required Technical Skills:

• JVM Languages (Core Java, Advanced Java)
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts
• Microservices Architecture & RESTful APIs with Spring Security
• Databases: SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Messaging/Integration: Apache Camel, Apache Kafka
• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, JSON
• Version Control: Git, SVN; Project Management: JIRA
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD Practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices for enterprise-scale backend systems.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and system optimization in financial or insurance domains.

Compensation: ₹100,000 - ₹150,00 per year.
