Java AWS Full Stack Lead

Role Overview: Lead Java AWS Full Stack Developer to drive full-stack application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Develop front-end interfaces using Angular or React with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Architect scalable solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway). Ensure security, performance, and resiliency in cloud-native environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git.
• Optimize SQL queries across PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server databases.
• Lead technical teams: assign workloads, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with QA, BSA, Product, Architecture, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Spearhead Agile/Scrum initiatives including sprint planning, backlog management, and release cycles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• +10 years of full-stack development expertise.
• Proven track record delivering complex business-critical initiatives using Java/AWS stacks.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional Agile environments.
