Full Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience to lead J2EE backend development initiatives in Hyderabad, Telangana. Key responsibilities include modernizing Java-based microservices (versions 8, 11, and 17), implementing authentication/authorization solutions (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) for REST APIs, and managing cloud migrations using Kubernetes on AWS or GCP.
- You will guide a pod of engineers and QA professionals through delivery cycles in our collaborative environment. Essential skills include hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, OOP design patterns, relational/NoSQL databases, Kafka event-driven architectures, and testing frameworks like JUnit.
- The role requires strong leadership for code reviews, sprint planning, debugging production issues, and managing risks/blockers. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators who thrive in fast-paced delivery environments.
