IT&D Solution Architect

Reckitt's Information Technology & Digital (IT&D) department is seeking an IT&D Solution Architect for Operations Technology in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role is crucial for driving solution design within Manufacturing IT product teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and product stream strategy. The Solution Architect will provide technical leadership and expertise to develop and document Manufacturing IT solutions, focusing on areas like Factory Network, Azure, and SaaS. Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions, creating Technical Architecture Specification Documents, and ensuring solutions meet security and compliance requirements, particularly for Factory Network and Azure Cloud environments. The role involves designing end-to-end application architectures and data security for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, with integration to Factory OT Devices. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in network, enterprise applications, integration, and solution design, with deep technical knowledge in networking (factory and corporate), infrastructure design (on-premises, cloud, virtualization, storage), and integration services. Proven expertise in designing multi-tier cloud/hybrid networks and infrastructure is essential, along with knowledge of OT assets, OT networks, and their integration with cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with security services, identity services (e.g., Encryption, Active Directory, RBAC, NSGs, ASGs, firewalls), and Azure Networking services (e.g., VNETs, Load Balancers, ExpressRoute) is also required. The position emphasizes skills in product development, system development, project and program management, design thinking, process automation, IT service management, innovation, user experience design, change management, digital transformation, stakeholder relationship management, and vendor management.
