This role as an IT&D Senior Analyst focuses on Controls Assurance, specifically acting as an ITGC Tester/QA. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our IT general controls.

About the Role

As an IT&D Senior Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring robust controls within our digital systems. Your responsibilities will include testing IT General Controls (ITGC) to identify risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our control environment and contribute to the reliability of our digital operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of IT General Controls (ITGC) to assess design and operating effectiveness.
• Identify and document control deficiencies, providing clear and concise recommendations for remediation.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand control objectives and testing requirements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of ITGC documentation, including test plans and work papers.
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and explanations of control activities.
• Stay updated on IT control frameworks, best practices, and emerging risks relevant to the IT environment.

The Experience We're Looking For

• Proven experience in IT audit, IT compliance, or IT controls testing, with a strong understanding of ITGC.
• Experience in developing and executing test scripts for ITGC testing.
• Familiarity with IT control frameworks such as COBIT, SOX, or ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex control environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly to various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant IT systems and applications.
