About the Role: IT&D Manager, Manufacturing Infrastructure Architect in Hyderabad, Telangana

Reckitt is seeking a forward-thinking IT & Digital Manager, Platform / Solution Architect to join our dynamic IT & Digital team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role is pivotal in crafting innovative end-to-end solutions and collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans for IT/OT hosting infrastructure and cybersecurity, focusing on cost-effectiveness, scalability, and business alignment.
• Design and document detailed architectural blueprints to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the design and deployment of virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Stack, Nutanix) and automate infrastructure provisioning for enhanced performance and efficiency.
• Oversee the deployment of hosting infrastructure across global manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless IT and OT system integration.
• Champion OT cybersecurity best practices, including access controls, patch management, NIST and IEC 62443 compliance, and network segmentation to mitigate risks.
• Implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for critical manufacturing applications.
• Build and maintain a DevOps pipeline for automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Over 15 years of experience in infrastructure/solution architecture, with a strong focus on Windows, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Proven experience supporting manufacturing environments or similar high-tech industries.
• Expertise in IT/OT architecture, cybersecurity, and resiliency frameworks such as NIST and IEC 62443.
• Proficiency in virtualization and containerization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server OS (2019, 2022), Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and industrial automation protocols is preferred.
• Experience with network segmentation and secure OT integration strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement resilient infrastructure solutions aligned with cybersecurity requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and staying abreast of emerging IT/OT trends.
