The Role: IT&D Analyst - Management Reporting
Reckitt is looking for a motivated IT & D Business / Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about technology and its strategic application in business. You will be crucial in translating business needs into innovative technology solutions, significantly contributing to the digital transformation of our renowned consumer goods company. Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting processes, encompassing both statutory and management reporting systems and their connected applications.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the company's analytical self-service and ad hoc reporting capabilities using current and future toolsets.
- Learn, adapt, and implement the best solutions by understanding a diverse range of applications, including SAP BW and HFM.
- Ensure the development, stability, and sustainability of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Evaluate and demonstrate BI tool capabilities.
- Gather requirements and leverage all available tools effectively.
- Possess knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with planning on SAC being highly desirable.
- Work effectively with multiple vendors, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Required Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP BI/BOBJ/Analytics.
- Mandatory experience in End-to-End BW implementation, with a preference for experience in financial reporting.
- Mandatory experience in HANA Modelling.
- Advanced knowledge of BW Data flows, including Data Sources, DSO, Infocubes, and Reports.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles from a reporting perspective.
- Preferred experience with Hyperion Financial Reporting systems, including DRM.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Smartview is preferred.
- Excellent functional experience (Finance & Logistics) and industry experience (Manufacturing or Consumer Goods) is preferred.
- Focus on delivering optimal solutions, including reporting standardization, data quality, and performance enhancement (PSV).
