IT&D Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gain a fundamental understanding of Supply business processes and apply this knowledge to analytics products, ensuring insights align with organizational objectives.
• Possess good technical knowledge of data feeder systems such as ERP, KNX, and OTM that power analytics.
• Oversee data provisioning, cleansing, and visualization, with a strong focus on UI/UX optimization.
• Conduct rigorous multi-tiered testing of features and reports before their general availability (GA) release.
• Collaborate with a team of data engineers and PBI developers to meet deliverables from a Global Supply Analytics perspective.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of the Azure ecosystem or Microsoft Power BI.
• Engage with global business teams to understand their problem statements, reporting requirements, and analytics needs. Define timelines based on activities, track progress, and deliver reports using the SAFe Agile methodology.

• Operating in a fast-paced environment with challenging business expectations.
• Designing and deploying complex solution designs.
• Developing and deploying solutions for systems that will replace existing ones, differing significantly from incumbent systems, and managing this change during a major organizational transformation.
• Coordinating credibly within a complex functional and operational ecosystem.

Experience Required

• 4-8 years of overall experience in Supply Analytics, covering areas such as planning, procurement, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) in the supply area.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: technical product management, data engineering (familiarity with Azure Ecosystem), or data visualization (Power BI preferred).
• Ability to manage analytics change requirements and drive continuous improvement in reporting visuals and performance.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, SQL Queries, DAX queries, ADLS, and DBMS is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with PI planning and incremental feature delivery through iterations as prescribed by SAFe 6.0 agile methodology is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Capacity to clearly identify and define problem statements and work towards resolutions with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong resolve to address issues and implement timely, appropriate solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with different teams to find solutions to problem statements, define timelines, and communicate progress and deliverables effectively to stakeholders.
• Positive cooperation as a team member with colleagues within and across departments.
