IT/Business Intel Developer

Role Overview

The IT/Business Intel Developer develops, implements, and maintains Epic data reporting tools and integrated components. Using SQL and analytical tools, you will support clinical and business reporting goals by collaborating with clinicians and system users to analyze problems and deliver secure reporting solutions that improve care outcomes, efficiency, costs, and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, coordination, development, implementation, and maintenance activities related to data reporting, data mining, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with clinicians and end users to design, build, implement, document, evaluate, and maintain Epic data reporting tools and integrated components.
• Utilize knowledge of structured query language (SQL) and analytical tools to build and maintain reporting user interfaces such as alerts, prompts, screens, dashboards, templates, reports, and data extracts.
• Analyze business problems and recommend solutions meeting organizational, clinical, and business systems reporting goals.
• Support a secure, effective, integrated patient care delivery reporting platform that improves outcomes, reduces cost, increases efficiency, and enhances patients' experiences.
