ITAM Consultant

We are actively seeking a skilled ITAM Consultant/Architect to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This pivotal role focuses on comprehensive IT asset lifecycle management, ensuring software license compliance, and optimizing hardware inventory processes. A strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITAM, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT asset lifecycle stages, various software licensing models, and effective hardware inventory and logistics strategies. Experience with ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery tools, and data reconciliation is also crucial. Candidates should be adept at ServiceNow configuration and scripting, utilizing tools like Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Reporting. Excellent stakeholder management abilities are required to effectively collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams.
