Keywords Studios is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role is part of a dynamic IT team responsible for internal systems management and end-user support across India, the US, and other remote locations. The IT Support Specialist will collaborate with team members to expand enterprise systems, implement new technologies, and provide outstanding support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT operations and technical support for colleagues.
- Administer, set up, and support macOS and Windows-based systems.
- Provide helpdesk support for end-user system implementations, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and drive continuous improvement in support processes.
- Collaborate with other help desk team members to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to help desk ticket requests for support, supplies, and replacement parts for local and remote staff.
- Assist in supporting IT equipment and infrastructure at office locations, including meeting room AV, printers/scanners, and WiFi networks.
- Maintain and update IT documentation as needed.
- Manage onboarding (account creation, laptop setup) and offboarding (access removal, laptop reclaim) procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Level 1 IT support.
- Proficiency in macOS and Windows-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with JAMF and Google Workspace.
- Experience with OneLogin and familiarity with SaaS tools such as Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), Crowdstrike, Slack, and Google Meet is advantageous.
- Practical experience with Azure AD for user management.
- Solid understanding of security tools like Crowdstrike and Palo Alto Networks.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
