Full Job Description
Soul AI is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist in Kolkata to join our dynamic team as a freelancer. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure by providing expert technical support. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting our teams with technical queries, installing and configuring systems, and monitoring performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt technical support to internal teams and resolve IT issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, along with a solid understanding of networking concepts.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
