Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt technical support to internal teams, addressing and resolving IT issues efficiently.
• Install, configure, and manage hardware and software systems.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, along with strong networking fundamentals.
