Full Job Description
Medpace is expanding its global IT team and seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our Navi Mumbai, India operations. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless IT operations and providing exceptional support to our international workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer user accounts for network, email, and other critical applications.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users in local and regional offices worldwide, addressing issues with Medpace IT equipment and software, including computer hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, environment monitoring systems, operating systems, and office applications.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment and software applications.
- Respond promptly to IT tickets, telephone calls, emails, and requests for technical assistance.
- Document, track, and monitor technical issues to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT team members to implement and advance IT initiatives.
- This position requires participation in a rotating shift schedule.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT Support role.
- Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365, and other cloud-based applications is a significant advantage.
