Full Job Description
Medpace is seeking a qualified and focused IT Support professional to join our growing IT department in Navi Mumbai, India. This vital role involves administering user accounts for network, email, and other critical applications. You will provide essential support to end-users in our local and regional offices worldwide, addressing issues with Medpace IT equipment and software, including computer hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, environment monitoring systems, computer operating systems, and office applications. Your responsibilities will include identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, responding promptly to IT tickets, telephone calls, emails, and support requests. You will meticulously document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolutions and collaborate effectively with regional and global IT team members. This position requires a rotating shift schedule.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both written and verbal English.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT Support role.
- Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365, and other cloud-based applications is a strong asset.
