About the Role

The IT Support Executive will be instrumental in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure across the region, ensuring high system uptime and adherence to IT General Controls (ITGC). Key responsibilities include device lifecycle management, providing comprehensive technical support, ensuring application availability, and contributing to safety and sustainability initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Manager and requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance for all systems.
• Manage compliance targets for Windows/Chrome end-user remediation dashboards.
• Oversee endpoint protection, encryption, and patching processes.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure operations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to guarantee high uptime.
• Provide timely technical support for enterprise applications including iCABS, Citrix, Navision, SCP, DSP, and Lead Tracker.
• Support branch-level UPS/Inverter installations and maintain existing CCTV systems nationwide.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, Chromeboxes, firewalls, routers, and printers.
• Resolve issues related to PCs, printers/scanners, Local Area Networks (LAN), and email systems.
• Undertake ad-hoc IT projects as per business requirements.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for all IT-related queries and needs for assigned branches.
• Provide support for video conferencing tools like Hangout Meet and manage Google Drive services.
• Resolve user queries efficiently, meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage SLAs, vendor relationships, incident management, problem management, and asset management.
• Perform routine maintenance on installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals.
• Demonstrate flexibility to report to and manage multiple office locations as needed.
• Provide assistance with Windows and Chrome OS, and set up network printers/scanners.

• Act as the sole point of contact for IT-related matters for assigned region branches.
• Provide prompt assistance to resolve user queries.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose effective solutions using technical knowledge and online resources.
