About the Role:

O2b Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Hardware / Technical Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management. This role is crucial for maintaining our computer systems, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our IT environment in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other essential IT hardware.
• Accurate diagnosis and effective troubleshooting of both hardware and software-related problems.
• Providing timely and proficient technical support to all employees for system and network-related inquiries.
• Meticulous management and upkeep of IT asset inventory and detailed records.
• Active participation in network setup, maintenance, and timely system updates.
• Ensuring optimal system performance, robust security, and consistent uptime.
• Liaising with external vendors for necessary repairs or equipment replacements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an IT Hardware / Technical Support capacity.
• Solid working knowledge of computer hardware components, fundamental networking principles, and effective troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux.
• Understanding of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) setups, including basic network configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage and resolve IT issues.
