IT Support Executive - New Delhi
Extension For Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) is seeking a motivated IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting our mission to extend healthcare outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Administer and troubleshoot the MS Office suite, including user setup, permissions, and licensing to maximize productivity.
- Provide essential hardware support such as RAM upgrades, storage expansions, battery replacements, and peripheral installations.
- Manage general IT requirements, encompassing user onboarding/offboarding, software installations, and diligent inventory management.
- Develop and maintain technical and support documentation and guidelines for system usage, incident logging, and issue resolution.
- Resolve IT issues efficiently within defined turnaround times (TAT) and meticulously track and manage all issues using our ticketing system.
Technical Support to Partners:
- Travel to designated hub/partner locations to assist local teams with IT setup as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Projects team to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues experienced by our partners.
- Provide expert advice to partner hubs on the procurement of IT equipment, ensuring alignment with room setup, layout, and specific requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for partners on the effective use of IT equipment and software as needed.
IT Support for Events:
- Identify and liaise with AV and other IT vendors for ECHO India events, including PLTs and roundtables.
- Coordinate with venue staff and the training team to manage IT logistics seamlessly during events.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Projects and Training teams to ensure the successful execution of all events.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: BCA / Graduate with a Diploma in IT. Relevant certifications/degrees in computer networking and hardware are highly advantageous.
- Experience: 0.6 - 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of operating systems, server administration, cloud concepts, and networking principles.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and the Office suite.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Competent in basic hardware support, including RAM/SSD upgrades, battery management, and diagnostics for laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving network, device, and security issues.
- Travel: Willingness to travel based on operational requirements.
