IT Support Executive

We are seeking an IT Support Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing troubleshooting resolutions for Mac/Windows & Linux environments, supporting remote staff via Anydesk, responding to email inquiries, and managing client inventory using our Assetze system. We are looking for a candidate with a strong ability to learn and a drive to excel in IT support roles. Required skills include experience in IT support, robust problem-solving and communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team. Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
