IT Support Executive Role in Bengaluru

Werize is seeking an IT Support Executive to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and performance of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers to ensure optimal performance.
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security settings to safeguard company data.
• Implement and test regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Oversee firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security systems to protect against threats.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of the entire IT infrastructure.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the IT infrastructure architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).
• Solid understanding of basic Linux Administration.
• Expertise in Active Directory and user management.
• Strong grasp of Networking Fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, and Routing.
• Experience with Firewall and Security Management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
