It Support Executive

U-connect Global Services is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Executive for our Ahmedabad location (Kathwada +1). In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing essential technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests from all employees.
• Provide clear and concise answers to employee questions regarding computer systems and software.
• Gather and analyze data to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with computer systems.
• Implement changes to configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve computer issues.
• Generate necessary access credentials and accounts for new hires during the onboarding process.
• Install new software and hardware drivers, and update existing ones as required.
• Keep employees informed about the status of their ongoing service requests.
• Meticulously log all service requests and update ticket statuses accordingly.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and fundamental networking concepts.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and CCTV systems.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
