Job Responsibilities:
- As an IT Support Engineer specializing in SAP, you will be responsible for providing technical support and operational excellence for SAP environments.
- This role requires a strong understanding of SAP technologies, including ABAP and Java applications, and their underlying infrastructure.
- You will contribute to the performance analysis and operational stability of SAP systems.
- Collaboration with international and virtual teams will be crucial for resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations within the ECS framework.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or a comparable field is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance analysis and/or operation of Java applications.
- 2-15 years of technical operations experience in ABAP, JAVA, or HANA environments.
- Familiarity with HECs operations infrastructure, processes, and automation tools such as SPC and TIC is a plus.
- A solid understanding of IT operations is essential.
- Good knowledge of SAP Technologies, Products, and their cross-dependencies (e.g., integration, communication).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and escalate issues appropriately.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in international and virtual team settings to achieve objectives.
