IT Support Engineer

Level AI is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily IT support requests, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and troubleshooting issues across macOS, Linux, and Windows systems. You will also provide crucial support for enterprise tools such as Zscaler and Okta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely technical assistance to internal employees via Slack, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoints.
• Administer user accounts, groups, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using Okta.
• Monitor and manage endpoint protection and network security solutions through Zscaler.
• Set up new employee devices, perform system imaging, and ensure correct tool configurations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for common issues and their resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
• Oversee the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams on system hardening and incident response.
• Manage IT inventory and software licenses.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Proficient understanding of troubleshooting for macOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Experience managing identity and access with Okta.
• Familiarity with Zscaler services (ZIA/ZPA), including policy troubleshooting and agent deployment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a dedicated customer-first approach.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth tech setting is advantageous.
• Nice to have: Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python), experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration, and exposure to endpoint management tools (Jamf, Intune, or similar).
