IT Support Engineer

mascallnet india pvt ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer for our Noida-based team. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in IT support and a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and system maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with efficiency.
• Deliver prompt and effective support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and associated peripherals.
