IT Support Engineer - Noida

BIZ2X Platform Private Limited is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team in Noida. This role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance to users, encompassing the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to defined IT service processes.
• Timely escalation of any dependent service issues.
• Availability for US remote support or rotational shifts.
• Manage IT assets effectively.
• Assist in setting up IP Phones and Video Conferencing equipment based on user instructions.
• Provide on-site support for Data Center activities, including break-fix for internet links and services, as directed by the IT manager.
• Troubleshoot various hardware components such as PCs, Laptops, Servers, and network devices including Fortigate firewalls, Switches, Miraki Access Points, and VOIP systems.
• Install and configure Operating Systems, specifically Windows 10, 11, and Server 2019.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for MS 365 cloud exchange server.
• Assist users with software and hardware-related problems.
• Liaise with external service providers to resolve issues with lease lines and VOIP services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in an IT-related support role with in-depth knowledge of resolving software, hardware, and networking issues, particularly with Windows OS.
• Strong proficiency in Office 365.
• Essential knowledge of networking concepts and VPN.
• Solid Active Directory knowledge and experience supporting users with remote applications.
• Demonstrated experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar.
• Good understanding of Windows environments, networks, and firewall systems.
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers and scanners.
• Familiarity with network security practices and anti-virus programs.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear, concise instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in automating daily tasks using PowerShell and Active Directory Group Policies is highly desirable.
