IT Support Engineer - macOS & Azure Expertise

Rnd Infotech is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with strong experience in macOS environments and a working knowledge of Azure. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide strong hands-on support for macOS operating systems.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Utilize working knowledge of Azure and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Apply basic Linux administration skills for system management.
• Leverage basic networking knowledge to support infrastructure.
• Employ good troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of previous working experience as a Linux Administrator.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar relevant field.
